On Sunday 9th October Halmer End Methodist Church will celebrate its Church Anniversary. It will be 149 years since the Chapel was built and it has been a place of Christian worship for the people of this area ever since. Not only has it been a place of worship but it has played an important part in the life of Halmer End and the surrounding villages.

You are invited to join with us for a service of celebration at 3.00 pm when the preacher will be Mrs. Rebecca Jones. The service will be followed by tea and cakes to which all are welcome.
