Englesea Brook Chapel and Museum of Primitive Methodism

Like so many organisations the Chapel and Museum at Englesea Brook have been closed because of the Covid-19
restrictions. So, like many other organisations it has been using Zoom to present some of its Heritage Talks which normally take place each month. The next Heritage Talk via Zoom will be on Saturday 5th September, 11.00 am and led by David Friswell – To Christ for Africa, supporting Primitive Methodist Missions. Please email Ruth Hilton on engleseabrookproject.com for an invitation. All are welcome!

Do please have a look at their web site herefor all the details about their events and the opportunities to support the work of this charity. It plays such an important part in the life of our community today in sharing the work of the Primitive Methodists in years gone by and of the impact the experiences of those early Methodists still have on our thinking about life today in our land and across the seas.

The Museum publishes a weekly Newsletter, Englesea Extra, which can be accessed on the Museum web site. The latest edition is available in this pdf file.
