John Hardwick visits Halmer End from 28th Sept. to 1st Oct.
John Hardwick — who is he?
John is a very gifted and popular author of resources for children's ministry. He leads all-age worship at Spring Harvest, Fun RE days in Primary schools, Family events in churches, weekly kid's events. He uses: X-citing Bible Stories, Cool songs, Crazy puppets, juggling and more to present the gospel.
At Halmer End we are looking forward to sharing time with John. So what will be happening?
Thursday 28th September
John arrives at Halmer End in the evening.
Friday 29th September
John will be visiting the three Primary schools in the Audley Parish to take their Assemblies.
Saturday 30th September
In the morning at Halmer End Methodist Church John will be leading a Workshop for Training in Creative Communication Skills from 10.00 am until 12.30 pm. Drinks will be served from 9.45 am. This workshop is open to all churches so if you would like to join us please use the contact details at the bottom of this article or from the posters but do please make sure to book.
In the afternoon John will be leading a Family Fun Messy Church Special from 3.00 pm until 4.45 pm. Details are on the posters.
Sunday 1st October
John will lead an All-age Worship at Halmer End Methodist Church from 10.00 am.
We are grateful to the staff of William Riley and Sons of Halmer End for granting us permission for all visitors to the Church for events on the Saturday to use their car park to reduce congestion in the village. Access to the car park, which will be marked, is just above the Post Office and Store going up the High Street towards Alsagers Bank. We do ask that all visitors for the Training Course or the Family Fun Messy Church please use Riley's car park.
