We acted out the story of Noah's Ark on Wednesday at Stay and Play. Mr Noah (thanks Donna!) put on wellington boots, a mackintosh, a waterproof hat and carried an umbrella into the ark to wait for the rain. The children found the animals that had been hidden around the room and helped them into the ark. Eventually the rain stopped and we heard about God's rainbow promise. Afterwards the children, assisted by the adults, made a huge rainbow out of tissue paper which has now been installed in the Church Children's Corner.
